Copywriting lead on the 2023 relaunch of online travel brand, First Choice, including building and development of tone of voice across all brand-wide touchpoints.

Creation of UX copy for all pages on First Choice website and app – from booking journey content and product information, to navigation pages and destination information – plus brand messaging, inspiration blogs and direct response copywriting.

Marketing copy including writing regular sales emails and newsletters to circa 400k subscribers, plus social media posts for Facebook, Twitter and Instagram, and sponsored content for partners across web merchandising.
